As businesses throughout the nation and world adjust to the impacts of COVID-19, Alter Construction has taken steps to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our team.

For current Alter customers with pending projects:

We are open and it is business as usual! Many of our projects started prior to this pandemic, Alter secure that those projects will continue to be a top priority. Alter has been deemed an essential business, that being said, if there will be another “stay in place” state order, we will be able to continue to operate as usual to complete your projects. Alter continually abides by the latest CDC and state guidelines to ensure the safety of our team while providing service to all of our customers in a safe and secure manner. With your health and safety as a priority we are taking the following precautions to ensure all parties involved can be secure as projects are completed:

1. Our entire team and staff have been thoroughly trained to uphold proper hygiene practices under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

2. Our installers are equipped with the proper equipment, including but not limited to masks, gloves and sanitized equipment

3. Being extra precautious and hyper vigilant in how we maintain and clean up in your home by wiping down common areas as well as digital devices with single-use disinfecting wipes.

4. And most importantly, continuing to enforce the policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your homes.

We are open! We are interested in connecting with you and helping you with all of your home improvement needs. For any homeowner who is interested in the services we offer and while working remotely, we are currently conducting meetings virtually. Our experienced consultants have all the tools and capabilities to deliver estimates, proposals, designs, project development services, technical consulting and more.
